Shipping Policy

We use a third party, Parcel2Go to ship products purchased on our website. We then select the most appropriate and best option with Parcel2Go to ship your order. Your name, address, email / telephone number may be provided to the shipping company to help successfully deliver your order. Please see our privacy policy for more information about sharing your data with a third-party. By purchasing products through our website, you are agreeing to us sharing the necessary information of name, address, email, telephone number for shipping your order.
We will notify you via email of the shipping company used, expected delivery date & times and any tracking information that is provided.
Delivery prices are inclusive of VAT.

We aim to get all orders to you within 3 - 5 working days of sending you confirmation of your order. During national strikes, public holidays or coronavirus outbreaks, delays are sometimes inevitable.
We ship to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Standard shipping costs £3.50 for orders under £40 and takes three to five working days. Standard shipping is free for orders over £40. Express shipping costs £5 and takes one to two working days for delivery. Express shipping is free for orders over £75. If you choose express shipping, you will receive a tracking number from us or Parcel2Go once the order has been dispatched with tracking details. All shipping costs will be specified at checkout. Where free shipping is available for your order, it will appear as a shipping choice at checkout. There are no other costs or charges other than what you see on the checkout screen.

Concierge and Safe Space for perishable items:​
If you are living in an apartment and choose to have your delivery left with your concierge, please check that they are able to accept perishable items beforehand.
Zianté Ltd. are unable to take responsibility of any lost/damaged orders once they are left in a safe place.
Likewise, if you choose to have your item delivered to your workplace, please check that the Reception / Concierge are able to accept perishable items beforehand. Zianté Ltd. are unable to take responsibility of any lost/damaged orders once they are left in a safe place.

If you are living in an apartment and choose to have your delivery left with your concierge, please check that they are able to accept your items beforehand.
