Whether you dream of becoming a professional baker or patisserie chef, our online course will give you all the foundational skills and knowledge you need. Our easy-to-follow lessons are designed for beginners, so you can start creating delicious and stunning pastries and confections in no time. Join now and let your baking journey begin! Disclaimer: In preparation for the online course, students will be expected to buy their own ingredients at their own cost and this will not be reimbursed by Zianté. Students will be sent the recipes for the session 1 week prior to the session to give students enough time to source their ingredients. If the incorrect ingredients are purchased, Zianté can not guarantee that the recipes will turn out as expected to. Students will be expected to have weighed up their ingredients prior to starting the online session, so that we can achieve as much as possible during our online session. If students have not weighed up their ingredients prior to the session, the course tutor will not allow extra time during the online session and the student(s) will just have to catch up in their own time. The course booking option will close 10 days before the start date to give the course tutor enough time to prepare for the course. A minimum of 5 students must book onto the online course before the course closing date, or Zianté reserves the right to cancel all the sessions in that course. Students who have paid will be reimbursed if the course is cancelled. A maximum of 10 people to attend the online course. If students do not attend one or multiple sessions in the course, Zianté will not reimburse the student the cost of the session(s). However, the course tutor will send out the presentation & session materials for any of the sessions missed and the student will be expected to catch up in their own time.
