The courses for Chefs are designed by a Fully Qualified Teacher who has worked 15 years in Hospitality & Catering, and 7+ years as a Teacher/Lecturer. The course instructor has taught City & Guilds Professional Qualifications in Further Education Colleges, so our courses are designed to cover a range of skills that are needed for today's chefs in industry.
