Zianté Ltd.
I initially did my Undergraduate Degree at Oxford Brookes University in French and Music. Later, I went on to do a GTP Level 7 equivalent Teaching qualification and gained QTS. After teaching for a few years I then completed Level 2 & Level 3 Patisserie and Confectionery Qualifications. Having spent many years in industry as a Pastry Chef, working at Sous Chef level in top London venues and establishments, I returned to teaching Food Technology at Sarum Hall in London and was in charge of the Food Studio as a Food & Nutrition Coordinator. I then moved on to do another teaching qualification and taught Level 1 Catering, Level 2 & 3 Patisserie and Confectionery in Further Education Colleges.

I have 7+ years of teaching experience, specialising in teaching languages, music and cooking / patisserie. I have taught children in Early Years right through to students in Further Education. I have experience of working in state schools and private education.

I have 15+ years' experience in Hospitality as a Pastry Chef and Front of House including roles as a Cocktail Bartender, Waitress and Pastry Chef in Oxford, Manchester, London & France. I have had great opportunities to work with amazing chefs and worked as a Pastry Chef at some top venues across these places including, but not limited to: Blue Strawberry / Table Talk, BWOM, Clement Worrall, The Savoy, Bubble, Thorntons & Dominique Ansel and directed teams of up to 15 chefs on site for exquisite events in some amazing venues in London & Paris, including events for Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Joanna Lumley, Sting, Pippa Middleton's wedding, MTV awards, among many more.

I speak French, Albanian & basic Spanish & Italian. My understanding of learning languages means that I have been able to help many EAL students learn English.

I classed myself as Neurodivergent for a long time, and at the age of 41, I was finally diagnosed with AuDHD (Autism/ADHD). Having struggled through the education system myself, I am very passionate about changing how education is delivered, and supporting neurodiverse needs.

I started and sold my share in a successful start-up Soap & Cosmetics Company and should there be a requirement, I could offer Soap & bath bomb workshops.
